By accessing or using services, info-products, or goods provided by NeuraForge Labs, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not proceed with any purchase or engagement.

2. Scope of Offerings

NeuraForge Labs provides three main categories:

• AI Software Development Services: Custom project work, consulting, integration, and support.
• Digital Info-Products: Downloadable courses, ebooks, templates, and training materials.
• Physical Goods: Hardware kits, development boards, and branded merchandise.

3. Ordering and Payment

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. Prices are listed on the website and charged in the currency displayed at checkout.

Accepted payment methods are listed at checkout. Charges occur at the time of purchase.

4. Refund Policy

We offer different reimbursement terms based on the category of your purchase. Please read the applicable section below before making a request.

4.1 AI Software Development Services

You may request a full refund or project credit within 14 days of purchase if no milestone has been delivered. To request, contact us via our contact form or call +41767057396. If we have delivered work against an agreed milestone, only a partial refund proportional to the undelivered scope is possible, or you may choose to reschedule remaining work at no extra fee. All reimbursement credits will be issued to the original payment method within 14 days of approval.

4.2 Digital Info-Products

Digital downloads are provided immediately after purchase. Due to instant access, these items are final sale and not subject to reimbursement. Please review the description, sample content, and system requirements carefully before ordering.

4.3 Physical Goods

Physical items may be sent back within 30 days of delivery in original, unused condition. To initiate, contact us via our contact form or call +41767057396. Once the item is received and inspected, we will issue a refund to the original payment method within 14 days.recovery shipping costs are the responsibility of the purchaser unless the item is defective.

5. No-Refund Services

Certain workshop sessions, one-on-one mentoring hours, and limited-run specialties are marked as non-refundable at purchase. These offerings reserve dedicated time and resources that cannot be reassigned. Such restrictions will be clearly indicated on the purchase page.

6. Changes to Services and Terms

We reserve the right to modify services, pricing, and these Terms of Service at any time. Changes take effect upon posting. Continued use after updates constitutes acceptance.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, code, and materials provided by NeuraForge Labs remain our property unless otherwise agreed in writing. You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use materials for your internal purposes only.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, NeuraForge Labs is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of our offerings. Our total liability for direct damages is limited to the amount paid by you in the last 12 months.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Switzerland. Any dispute will be settled in the courts of Zürich.
